Richard Guy

Richard is a managing associate in our London office. 

Richard specialises in dry shipping litigation acting for Owners, Charterers and P&I Clubs in disputes relating to bills of lading, charterparties, COAs, and yacht and shipbuilding disputes. Richard also frequently advises on the drafting of documentation regularly encountered in the maritime sphere.

Richard gained experience working in the Middle East for a leading international law firm in the oil and gas sector. He also spent time on secondment at an International Group P&I Club.
