Campbell Johnston Clark has adapted its operational practices in response to the COVID-19 situation in a way that prioritises the health of its staff but maintains the service levels its clients expect.
Staff at all our offices are mainly working from their homes, where they are set up to provide full continuity of service remotely. All non-essential travel by CJC staff and visitor appointments have also been suspended; our approach will be to offer meetings and consultations via video and telephone conferencing. However, all of the offices are now open and some staff are attending the offices.
Individual members of staff are contactable by email in the normal way or by mobile phone, while CJC’s main switch board continues to receive calls for connection to appropriate staff.
In the current challenging environment, it is important to reiterate that CJC’s business continuity strategy has been adopted for precautionary reasons and to ensure that clients continue to receive the best possible service.
