Carlo is a director in our London office.

Carlo's expertise covers all manner of multi-jurisdictional disputes relating to charterparties, bills of lading and all aspects of P&I and Defence claims working with the leading P&I Clubs and Owners, Charterers / Traders directly. In addition, Carlo has advised tug/offshore clients in respect of standard towage contracts including the Towcon, Towhire and Bargehire standard forms; as well as handling claims arising under commodity sale contracts and acting for insurers in matters relating to marine insurance & reinsurance (including jurisdiction & conflict of laws disputes). Carlo has particular experience in handling speed and performance disputes both for owners and charterers.

Carlo has significant experience in all aspects of dispute resolution, predominantly in LMAA and GAFTA Arbitration; mediation; and High Court proceedings.
