Cecilie Rezutka

Cecilie is an associate solicitor in our London office.

Cecilie specialises in the efficient resolution of shipping disputes arising from charterparties/bills of lading, with a particular focus on "dry" shipping and commodity contract problems.

Cecilie acts for shipowners, charterers, commodity traders and their insurers and P&I Clubs in both English Court proceedings and arbitration, and has specific expertise in the resolution of complex matters with multi jurisdictional aspects.

Cecilie has gained practical experience whilst on secondment to an International Group P&I Club in London.

Cecilie is also fully fluent in German, French, Norwegian, Czech and Slovak and has a working knowledge of Danish and Swedish.

Cecilie is qualified in England and Wales.
