Nichole Tan

Nichole Tan is an asset finance lawyer based in the Singapore office.

Nichole specialises in corporate banking and shipping finance and has assisted on a range of cross-border finance transactions including but not limited to, bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, sale and leaseback transactions, re-financings and vessel re-flaggings.

Nichole also has experience in general corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining CJC, Nichole was legal counsel (Treasury) at a large privately owned shipowner, with a diversified fleet of over 300 vessels.
