Paul is a director in our Singapore office.

Paul specializes in the investigation, management and resolution of the full range of maritime casualties in multiple jurisdictions. His practice extends to all ship types, FPSO, offshore facilities, harbour installations and underwater structures. It includes the dry shipping aspects of casualties, policy wording disputes, reef damage assessment and rehabilitation claims and problem solving in difficult jurisdictions including engaging with government and local authorities.

He is admitted as a solicitor in England and in Hong Kong and is registered in Singapore as a foreign lawyer.

Paul has been listed as a leading individual in his field in Legal 500, Chambers, Whose Who and Best Lawyers Guides for several years in both Singapore and Hong Kong.
