London Arbitration Week: What shipping lawyers need to know about the Arbitration Act 2025

During London Arbitration Week, CJC and 36 Stone will be hosting an expert-led session that takes a closer look at the Arbitration Act 2025.

This session will focus on:

- The law applicable to arbitration agreements

- The duty of disclosure

- The powers of summary dismissal

- Emergency arbitrators

Moderated by Arbitrator, Sir Jeremy Cooke, speakers include:

Professor Charles Debattista, Barrister, 36 Stone

Bethany Smith, Barrister, 36 Stone

Richard Hickey, Managing Associate, Campbell Johnston Clark

Date: Thursday 4th December

Time: 8:30am - 10:00am

Location: Campbell Johnston Clark, 59 Mansell St, E1 8AN
