Our U.S. team led by Neil Bayer has over 30 years' experience advising and representing international insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd's syndicates, P&I Clubs, shipowners, charterers, yacht transport companies, luxury hotel chains, vessel liveries and shore excursion providers in a broad-spectrum of insurance defence, insurance coverage and commercial issues, with a special emphasis on the luxury and superyacht sector.
With U.S. attorneys licensed in Florida, New York, Washington D.C. and the United States Virgin Islands, CJC is now able to offer legal representation in many State and Federal Courts across the United States to its domestic and international clients.
