Campbell Johnston Clark was proud to host Eyesea’s first London Market event, bringing together the shipping community to explore how data, technology, and collaboration can help tackle marine pollution.
Campbell Johnston Clark (CJC) was delighted to host Eyesea’s first-ever London Market event last week, bringing together members of the shipping community, passionate about tackling marine pollution.
Charlotte Ward, Head of Marketing at CJC, commented:
“It was fantastic to work with the Eyesea team on their first London event, especially as this is a cause that’s really close to my heart, and one that should matter to all of us. The event was a great success, and it was brilliant to see such strong engagement from across the industry.”
The evening featured insightful presentations from Eyesea’s Chief Technology Officer, Marius Suteu, and Chief Operating Officer, Cath Robertshaw, who demonstrated the power of data and technology in tracking marine pollution. They highlighted the crucial role the shipping sector can play in supporting and driving positive environmental change.
A key takeaway from the event was the reminder that small actions add up. Attendees were encouraged to follow Eyesea on social media, download the Eyesea app, and consider how they can use their networks, and influence, to make a tangible difference.
Charlotte added: “A huge thank you to my colleagues at Campbell Johnston Clark (CJC) for sponsoring and hosting the event—none of it would have been possible without their support, and of course, a big thank you to everyone who attended. While it was a shame Graeme Somerville-Ryan and more of the Eyesea team couldn’t be there in person, the enthusiasm and engagement in the room showed just how much appetite there is in the London market to get involved and take action.”
We hope to continue building momentum and fostering collaboration across the industry. Together, small steps can lead to meaningful change.
