The opening of the new CJC office in Miami has brought a significant influx of experience to the firm and specialised expertise in abroad spectrum, of insurance-based matters. The Miami operation is being led by Director, Neil Bayer who is listed as among the Best Lawyers in America for Admiralty and Maritime litigation, and is joined by Associate, Chase Jansson, and Cindy Delgado.
CJC’s busy ship transactional team continues to expand, with new talent joining at all levels. The latest addition, Amy Lindeman, joins CJC as Senior Associate Solicitor, specialising in ship and offshore finance transactions, restructurings, sale and purchase, construction contracts and general commercial shipping arrangements. Also joining in recent weeks has been Francesca Norman, a newly qualified lawyer with significant asset finance experience who did her training contract at K and L Gates.
Also joining our London office: Christopher Chane, a trainee solicitor who completed a BSc(Hons) in Politics and International Relations at the University of Exeter before undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School; and Samuel Jones, a trainee solicitor who completed his LLB at the University of Southampton and undertook his Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
