Allen is a director in our Newcastle office.
Allen specialises in all aspects of dry shipping law matters including charter-party disputes, ICA issues, enforcement procedures and obtaining security for claims and/or costs. Allen also has experience of damage to hull and collision claims.
Allen’s practice incorporates High Court Litigation, arbitration (including LMAA, LCIA, UNICTRAL) and mediation.
