Amy Lindemann

Amy is a managing associate in our London office. 

Amy specialises in finance, M&A and joint venture transactions in the shipping and offshore sector. She advises banks and ship owners and operators on secured debt and lease finance, as well as corporate finance activity.

Amy also has in-depth experience negotiating ship building contracts as well as a broad range of general commercial shipping arrangements. Amy was in-house legal counsel at one of the world’s largest offshore drilling companies and previously worked in the shipping finance team of a leading international law firm, spending time seconded to the Paris based shipping desk of a French global bank as well as the Miami headquarters of the largest cruise ship company. Amy has been recognised by Legal 500 as having “an in-depth knowledge of the market” and regularly recognised as a Leading Associate in the Shipping sector.
