Benjamin Middleton

Ben is a Managing Associate in our London office.

Ben has broad experience in Shipping litigation and International trade, advising insurers, ship owners and charterers on contractual disputes including charterparties and bills of lading, and in broader contractual disputes concerning vessels, yachts, commodities, transport and aircraft in various arbitration fora, the English High Court, Commercial Court and Supreme Court.

Ben qualified as a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience, in 2014 and more recently spent more than eight years at a leading London shipping law firm.

Ben has a Master’s degree in Architecture from Edinburgh University.
