Enrico Vergani

Enrico Vergani is a director of the Genoa office based in London. He is qualified in Italian law and registered in the UK as a Foreign Registered Lawyer.

Enrico's expertise covers all aspects of maritime law, the planning of complex financial transactions, shipbuilding/conversion, disputes relating to charter contracts and bills of lading, ship arrest, and corporate and financial matters in the maritime and logistics sector. He is regularly involved in arbitration disputes and sitting as an arbitrator in domestic and international disputes including ICC Arbitration.
