Henry works with King's Counsel, marine engineers, chemists, metallurgists, and hedging experts to advise clients, which includes shipyards, shipowners, charterers, and cargo interests, on how best to navigate their disputes. 

Notably, Henry acted for a shipyard in two arbitral disputes before high-profile tribunals concerning the construction of two new-build semi-submersible harsh-environment drilling rigs valued at over US$900 million. He also successfully represented a major petroleum company against shipowners for late crude cargo delivery, addressing significant value losses and complex hedging issues in oil trading.

In addition, Henry has handled disputes arising from bareboat charter issues, catastrophic engine failures post-repairs, and bad bunkers that led to mechanical failures and dangers to crew. His cases typically extend beyond Singapore and the UK, covering jurisdictions such as the USA, Mexico, and South Africa. As a result, Henry frequently works with foreign counsel to effect and defend vessel arrests and to manage foreign proceedings.
