Joehunt Jinnah
Joehunt is an associate in our Singapore office.
Joehunt’s experience includes assisting the partners in advising on all aspects of both wet and dry shipping litigation. Since joining CJC in 2020, he has been involved in several significant large casualties that have occurred in the Asia region.
His litigation expertise includes involvement in English High Court proceedings, both in the Commercial and Admiralty Courts, dealing with issues such as contamination of cargo, collisions, limitation of liability under the LLMC and anti-suit injunctions. In addition to this, he is regularly involved in London and Singapore arbitrations on similar matters.
Joehunt obtained his LLB from the University of Bristol and undertook his Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School. Additionally, he obtained a Diploma in Marine Surveying (specialising in Liquid Cargo Surveys) from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy in collaboration with North Kent College. He also has previous working experience as a marine surveyor.
Joehunt is qualified in England and Wales.
