Director

Will is a Director in our Singapore office.

Will has been based in Singapore since 2013 and joined CJC from another international shipping firm.

Will has a broad practice in shipping and international trade and advises a range of clients including P&I Clubs, shipowners, ship managers, charterers, insurers and banks.

Will advises in relation to the investigation and management of marine casualties such as collisions, groundings and fires at sea. He also handles contractual disputes, including those arising out of charterparties, bills of lading and sale contracts.

Will has extensive experience of running international arbitrations seated in Singapore and London governed by the SCMA, LMAA, SIAC and ICC Rules, as well as Ad Hoc arbitrations. He is also experienced in handling and advising on claims in the English courts, and in LOF salvage arbitration.
